What’s included

Every job, done right.

  • St. Augustine, Bahia & Zoysia
  • Old turf removal & haul-off
  • Grading & soil prep
  • Irrigation coverage check
  • Full lawns or patch repair
  • Watering plan after install

Prep decides whether sod lives

Laying fresh sod over dead turf and compacted soil is why so many lawns fail in the first month. We strip what's there, correct the grade and give roots something to move into.

The right grass for the spot

St. Augustine handles most Lake County front yards, Bahia suits larger low-irrigation areas, and Zoysia gives a finer look with more upkeep. Shade, traffic and irrigation decide which one we recommend.

Water is not optional

We confirm irrigation reaches the new sod before install and leave you a specific watering schedule for the first few weeks. That schedule is the difference between establishment and replacement.

Patch or replace

If damage is limited to a few areas, patching is usually the smarter spend. We'll tell you plainly when a full replacement is the only thing that will actually fix it.

FAQ

Common questions.

How soon can I walk on new sod?

Keep traffic light for the first two to three weeks while roots knit in. We'll give you specifics for your grass type at install.

Do you remove the old grass?

Yes — old turf is cut out and hauled away, and the grade is corrected before new sod goes down.

Can you fix just the bad spots?

Yes, patch work is common and often the better value. Send photos with your request and we'll quote both options.

Do you check my sprinklers first?

We verify coverage over the new area and flag or repair what isn't reaching it, because uncovered sod won't establish.
