Father & Son Landscaping, LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates https://fatherandson2.lovable.app (the "Site") and provides landscaping services across Lake County, Florida. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By default, we do not sell your personal information.

Contact forms & estimate requests: name, email, phone, mailing address or service address, and any details you choose to share about your project.
Phone & email: records of voice or written communication when you contact us.
Photos & site notes: property photos and notes we take with your permission to scope or document work.

Cookies & similar technologies: small files stored in your browser. We use Strictly Necessary cookies for the Site to function (including remembering your cookie choices) and, only with your consent, Functional, Analytics, Marketing, and Advertising cookies.
Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps.
Approximate location: derived from your IP address to confirm we serve your area.

Marketing pixels & analytics

We do not currently load advertising pixels (such as Meta or Google Ads pixels) or third-party analytics on this Site. If we add them in the future, they will only load after you opt in through our cookie banner.

3. Data Retention

We keep customer records (estimates, invoices, project notes) for as long as needed to provide services and to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements (typically up to seven years). Website inquiry messages are retained for up to 24 months. Consent log entries are retained for the period required to demonstrate compliance.

4. Third-Party Providers

We share limited information with vendors that help us run the Site and our business. They are bound to use your data only for the services they provide to us.

Hosting & CDN: our website is hosted on the Lovable platform with Cloudflare as the content-delivery network and edge security layer.
Web fonts: Google Fonts serves typography assets; Google may log the IP address making the font request.
Telecommunications: standard phone and email carriers transmit calls and messages you send us.

We do not currently use Stripe, PayPal, Twilio, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Maps, YouTube embeds, Meta, or other advertising networks on this Site. If we add any of these in the future, this Policy and the cookie banner will be updated before they load.

5. Future Data Sharing

We may, in the future, elect to participate in lawful data partnerships, joint marketing, or anonymized data programs. We will not enroll your information in any such program without updating this Policy and, where required by law, obtaining your consent or providing you with a clear opportunity to opt out.

You can also use the "Reject Non-Essential" option in our cookie banner to limit non-essential data collection.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
